Henry Post

Henry Post is Vice President of Investments at RG Real Estate, where he oversees capital formation and leads the firm’s acquisitions process, from sourcing and underwriting through structuring and execution. He brings over a decade of real estate experience and has participated in over $1.5 billion of transactions across multiple asset types and geographical markets.

Over the course of his career, Henry has held roles across capital markets and investment sales, including serving as Originations Director at EquityMultiple, a middle-market real estate private equity and bridge lending platform, in which capacity he built the originations division at the firm and closed over $120 million in investments representing over $1.2 billion in total capitalization. He began his career in New York City on a globally-ranked investment sales team at Cushman & Wakefield, later transitioning with the team to Avison Young to support the launch of AY's Tri-State Investment Sales division.

Henry holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Hospitality and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Florida State University.
