Equity Investment

Investing with us allows physicians to benefit from the value appreciation of the real estate that they occupy without the management responsibilities or legal exposure associated with property ownership. We target high-quality, recession-resilient medical outpatient buildings, assets that physicians understand intuitively.

Investors can benefit from passive income, tax-advantaged distributions, and long-term capital appreciation while our vertically integrated team handles acquisition, leasing, management. 

Practice Expansion Capital

As practices seek to grow or relocate, we help physicians turn that transition into an ownership opportunity. When a practice is ready to expand, we jointly identify a property that fits their needs and acquire that property together as equity partners. The physician is able to contribute equity alongside us, gaining control over their clinical environment while participating in the income and appreciation of the real estate.

 

We manage the entire process, from site analysis and due diligence through renovation, leasing, and ongoing asset management, allowing physicians to focus on patient care while building lasting wealth through ownership.

Medical Sale Leaseback

When physicians own their real estate, they may reach a point at which the equity value of their real estate could be redeployed more productively into their businesses. In these cases, RGMP can structure a sale-leaseback through which we purchase the real estate and simultaneously execute a long-term lease with the seller.

This monetization of equity provides growth capital to the practice while ensuring continuity of service for staff and patients. If the physician group wishes to maintain some ownership, we can accommodate a subsequent equity investment, allowing the physician to retain an ownership percentage, while accessing the growth capital and offloading operating responsibilities to our dedicated management team.
