RG Real Estate, Inc. (“RG Real Estate,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rg-re.com, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the inquiries you send us through it. It does not apply to information we receive as a landlord, property manager, broker, or sponsor under a lease, a listing agreement, or an investment document; those relationships are governed by their own agreements.
By using this site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information you give us
Contact form. When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, company, phone number, the reason for your inquiry, and your message.
Property and listing inquiries. When you ask about a property or a listing, we collect the details you provide so we can respond, including the property you asked about and your space or investment requirements.
Investor inquiries. When you ask about investing with us or request access to the investor portal, we collect the contact and background details needed to respond and, where the law requires it, to confirm that you are eligible to receive offering information.
Email, phone, and mail. When you contact us directly we keep the correspondence and the contact details you used.
Please do not send us sensitive information through this site, such as Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, or health information. We do not ask for it here.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit, the site and its service providers record basic technical information: your IP address and the general location it implies, browser and device type, operating system, screen size, language, the pages you open, how long you stay, the links you click, and the site or search that sent you here. We use this to keep the site running, to secure it, and to understand which pages are useful.
3. Cookies and similar technology
The site uses cookies and similar technology for three purposes:
• Essential functions: loading pages, remembering form state, and protecting the site from abuse.
• Analytics: privacy-focused, aggregated measurement of visits provided by our website platform.

We do not use the information collected through this site to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
5. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
We share information only as follows:
• Service providers who work on our behalf and may use the information only to do that work: our website hosting and analytics platform, our form and email providers, our customer relationship and document systems, our error monitoring provider, and our IT and security vendors.
• Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, and auditors, when a matter requires it.
• Transaction parties. If you ask us to act for you in a lease, sale, or investment, we share what is needed with the other parties to that transaction and their representatives, as you would expect in the ordinary course.
• Legal and safety. When the law, a court order, or a regulator requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights, our clients, our tenants, or the public.
• Business transfers. If RG Real Estate or part of its business is merged, sold, or reorganised, information may transfer to the successor, which will remain bound by this policy for information collected under it.
6. Third-party services on this site
Some parts of the site are provided by others, and your browser connects to them directly:
• Property listings are displayed through a third-party commercial listing service. When you search or view listings, that provider receives technical information from your browser and anything you submit through its tools.
• The investor portal linked from this site is operated by a third-party portal provider. Your login and the information you view there are governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy, and by your agreements with us.
• Maps, fonts, and media are loaded from their providers, which receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads.
These providers have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies. We are not responsible for sites we do not control.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and afterwards for as long as our legal, tax, licensing, and professional obligations require. Records connected to a real estate or investment transaction are kept for the periods the law requires for those records. Website logs and analytics are kept in aggregated or short-lived form. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review. No website, email, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct it;
• delete it, subject to the records we are legally required to keep; and
• stop sending you marketing email. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. If you are a resident of one of those states, tell us in your request and we will honour the rights that apply to you.
10. Visitors from outside the United States
This site is operated from the United States and is intended for people doing business in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
11. Children
This site is meant for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Not an offer of securities
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any such offer is made only to qualified investors through formal offering documents. Information you submit through this site about investing is used only to respond to you and to meet our legal obligations.
13. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will post a notice on this page before it takes effect.
