Management Solutions

  • Tenant retention through timely lease renewals is a primary driver of long-term asset performance. This begins with establishing durable tenant relationships through responsive service and regular, direct engagement. Whenever possible, we prioritize face-to-face meetings to understand tenant needs and strengthen alignment, materially increasing renewal probability. 

  • As a full-service property management platform, we coordinate and manage all aspects of tenant build-outs. Our vertically integrated construction management capabilities span all property and space types, supporting projects ranging from minor capital improvements to full tenant renovations.

  • Our procedures require regular inspections of equipment, structures, and property grounds. When paired with our preventative maintenance program, we are able to acquire a thorough knowledge of a property’s physical makeup and mechanical operations. RG Real Estate will regularly review and improve upon operational and administrative.

  • Our Property Management Team routinely reviews all existing service contracts to ensure proper administration and rebids services as necessary. Contracts are awarded based on cost, work quality, and proven ability to meet performance standards. Contractors are selected from an approved vendor pool, vetted for financial stability, past performance, and cost efficiency. 

  • Upon execution, each new and existing lease is thoroughly reviewed and fully entered into our property management database. A comprehensive lease abstract is prepared, summarizing key economic terms, critical dates, expirations, and tenant renewal options.

  • RG Real Estate provides in-house accounting services, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting with full transparency into project performance. Owners have continuous visibility into asset-level financials, with audited annual reports available to support seamless tax filings.

Brandon Berk

Principal

Head of Property Management

Brandon Berk is a Principal and Head of Property Management at RG Real Estate, where he leads the a property management team of 18 dedicated professionals and oversees operations across its medical and office portfolio. He brings more than 25 years of commercial property management experience with a track record managing assignments for institutional owners, REITs, and private investors. Over the course of his career, Brandon has managed more than 10 million square feet across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma. His expertise spans tenant retention, building operations, construction oversight, sustainability initiatives, energy management systems, reporting, and team leadership.​ Before joining RG Real Estate, Brandon served as Director of Property Management at Health America Realty Group and previously held senior management roles with Healthcare REIT, Inc. and Windrose Medical Properties Trust. He is also a managing partner of Lighthouse Real Estate Services, LLC, a firm specializing in the management of medical, office, and retail properties.
