Michael Ulin brings significant experience in commercial real estate and a proven track record of achieving optimal solutions for his clients. With previous experience at JLL, Michael gained diverse real estate experience including site analysis, lease negotiations, acquisitions and investment sales. Additionally, Michael leverages his financial background including accounting and corporate advisory experience at PwC.

Michael has a broad understanding of the principles that must be incorporated into successful transactions including lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions that drive maximum value for his clients.

His work ethic, knowledge and attention to detail provide critical insight, strategy and savings to his clients with specialties in the areas of healthcare and technology.
Michael also supports RG Real Estate’s Investment and Ownership efforts and helps structure successful asset acquisition to provide maximum return to Investment Partners.
