Brandon Berk

Brandon Berk is a Principal and Head of Property Management at RG Real Estate, where he leads the firm’s property management platform and oversees operations across its medical and office portfolio. He brings more than 23 years of commercial property management experience with a track record managing assignments for institutional owners, REITs, and private investors.

Over the course of his career, Brandon has managed more than 10 million square feet across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma. His expertise spans tenant retention, building operations, construction oversight, sustainability initiatives, energy management systems, reporting, and team leadership.

Before joining RG Real Estate, Brandon served as Director of Property Management at Health America Realty Group and previously held senior management roles with Healthcare REIT, Inc. and Windrose Medical Properties Trust. He is also a managing partner of Lighthouse Real Estate Services, LLC, a firm specializing in the management of medical, office, and retail properties
