Professional Experience
Brett Buchwald is responsible for acquisitions with RG Real Estate in Atlanta. He focuses on sourcing and executing medical office investment opportunities. His work includes acquiring existing medical office assets as well as identifying opportunities to reposition traditional office buildings into healthcare-oriented facilities.
Prior to joining RG Real Estate, Brett spent 10 years in brokerage advising buyers and sellers on office and medical office investments, as well as leasing and development. Brett has experience working with hospital systems, developers, physician groups, institutional investors, as well as family offices and small private owners. His experience spans new development, leasing strategy, and investment sales, providing him with a deep understanding of how to structure successful deals from acquisition to disposition.
Brett started his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap where he focused on office investment sales. He then joined Ackerman & Co. to head up their medical office investment sales division. Most recently Brett was with SK Commercial Realty where he focused on leasing and development.
