Professional Experience
Wes Sapone is an Investments Analyst at RG Real Estate, where he underwrites investment opportunities and supports capital formation. Responsibilities span sourcing, underwriting, and execution. He brings broad skillsets from experiences across alternative investments and has participated in over $100 million of transactions across real estate asset classes.
Prior to joining RG Real Estate, Wes was a Fund Accountant with US Bank and later an Analyst on Blue Owl Capital's GP Strategic Capital. There he supported Real Estate GP's raise capital. Upon leaving Blue Owl, Wes formed an advisory firm to help middle market real estate sponsors originate, underwrite, and execute investments.
Wes holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics with a concentration in Alternative Investments from Fordham University.
