The Holcomb Bridge Business Center, a three building 71,000 square foot flex park on Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell/Alpharetta. The Business Center sold for $5.1 million and was purchased from MBD Properties.
1200 Johnson Ferry Road, a 26,650 square foot multi-tenant office building formerly the East Cobb local headquarters for Bank of North Georgia. The bank branch will continue to reside at 1200 Johnson Ferry Road, but the remaining space will be converted to multi-tenant office suites. This property sold for $3.1 million.
On both transactions, RG Real Estate was represented in-house by Ryan Goldstein, President of RGRE. These transactions amount to the fifth closed property in the last two years by RG Real Estate.
“We will continue to pursue office, flex and industrial opportunities in metro Atlanta and around the Southeastern U.S.,” says Ryan.
RG Real Estate will retain the leasing and management work in-house for both properties going forward.
