RGRE has recently purchased Caulder Office Park in North Charleston, SC. The office park consists of 6 buildings and a pad site for a build-to-suit building. RGRE plans to rename the park to Ashley Office Park and the 6 buildings will undergo a complete exterior face lift. The park was 56% occupied at the time of sale. “I think our lease-up strategy along with our renovations will revitalize this property into a very viable option for small to medium size users in the North Charleston area.
